I’m not into alcohol or super-sugared drinks, but being a vegan for thirteen years now has really helped me stay fit. it’s all about lifestyle over diet. if carbs are your thing, if you enjoy them and don’t want to cut them from your diet, consider the types of carbs you take in, rather than cutting them out altogether; for instance, bread from a local bakery is WAY better than white bread you’d get at a grocery or convenience store. if price is a factor, would you rather buy bread that’s a little more and live longer and feel better?
